Healthy Fudgesicles
I am trying a new recipe on you today...Fudgesicles made with avocados!!
You weren't sure about them at first , but a couple licks and you were hooked....

Ingredients
- 2 small ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup real maple syrup or honey
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk, or more as needed to blend
- 1/2 tsp real vanilla
Preparation
- Place everything into a blender and blend until smooth. You may need additional milk, depending on how thick you want your fudgesicles to be.
- Taste, and adjust ingredients (maple syrup, cocoa, etc) if necessary.
- Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until solid.
